The LifeWorks @ Balfour Beatty Communities program is all about wellness—feeling well in body and mind. We created this unique wellness program to help our residents and their families develop and maintain healthy bodies and minds.
We specially tailored the LifeWorks @ Balfour Beatty Communities program for the Mitchel community. You will find a variety of activities, seminars, and events to help you get fit, challenge your mind, interact positively with others, and enrich your life. Personal Safety: Learning how to protect yourself and your family These activities are designed to teach our residents how to protect themselves and develop good safety habits. This includes helping our residents be better prepared to protect themselves against accidents, crime, fire, even Mother Nature’s inclement weather. |

Participation in all LifeWorks @ Balfour Beatty Communities activities is voluntary. All activities, seminars and events are free of charge to our residents.
While we carefully plan a schedule of events, we welcome your suggestions and ideas about ways to enrich the LifeWorks @ Balfour Beatty Communities program to best meet the needs of our residents. We want to hear from you. If you have suggestions or ideas, please pass them on to us.
We created the LifeWorks @ Balfour Beatty Communities program to support and enhance the military’s excellent programs. We coordinate with the Mitchel support services and leisure services to ensure that LifeWorks @ Balfour Beatty Communities does not compete with existing programs.
